Application Tools are used by application developers to create site maps, application files and directories. Site map creation is automated for individual profiles and a public site map. Directories can also be re-created for development purposes.

Administrators can also create file backups and restore system information. The process of creating the backup files creates an XML file of application data in a Recovery folder. The restore process reads XML data from the user directories and the recovery folder, inserting data into its corresponding tables.
